  This was the third time I've used this car park. First two times had no problem but unfortunately this time was different.
  
  After searching the car park I managed to find a space at the end of a row (Thinking only passenger side of the car at risk of damage). On return at 2am I checked the passenger side and no damage found. Suitcases in and off up the road on my two hour journey home.
  
  The next afternoon, with my car parked in my secure driveway and not moved since I got home , in the daylight I noticed the drivers side rear quarter panel was dented!
  
  I tried phoning but several times rang out. So I phoned again the next day and eventually got through.
  
  The woman on the phones attitude was very poor. She told me I should have noticed the damage before I left, which in normal circumstances would be fair enough, to which I argued I never realised that the internal roads around the car park were also parking spaces.
  
  She then argued why was I only phoning two days later as I couldn't have phoned the previous day as she was there the whole day. She then reluctantly took my details and said she would phone if they found anything. I had to phone them back a few days later and to my surprise they could not see anything!
  
  I'd be very surprised if they even checked the CCTV and I'm now left with a £500+ repair bill.
  
  I used this car park on the basis that I can park where I want and keep my keys but that will be the last time. If you leave your car where someone else parks it they are fully responsible and I wouldn't be out of pocket.
  
  Yeah this site might be cheaper but if you add in the car repair it definitely isn't worth saving that few quid!
